Overview
thinkSmart Call Center is a customized CRM web based
application with supporting data database customized to meet
each client's specific business processes. The application
supports both inbound and outbound call center activity PLUS
provides marketing data processing support and provides custom
designed reports satisfying the need to integrate call center
activity and marketing within the same application.
thinkSmart Call Center is built on a .NET platform designed
for scalability to meet client’s growing business needs. While
designed to work independent of a client’s internal systems,
thinkSmart Call Center can be easily integrated, if required,
through web service enabled modules. This approach has the added
benefit of getting clients up and running in a matter of weeks
vs. months with a significantly lower total cost of ownership (TCO)
while providing greater flexibility and service support.
