Overview

thinkSmart Business Intelligence SMART Sites provide a host of features and functionality allowing business users the capability to access their data in a simple,  intuitive, user-friendly, and secure online environment.

Customized data cubes are prepared specific to client requirements and made accessible to business users as soon as latest data is available. SMART sites provide as close to real time data access as possible ensuring that you always have latest data at your fingertips.

Summary of Features

Reporting

  • Heat Map Summary Reports
    Heat maps provide high level summary data reports in a color coded graphical interface. Heat maps allow business executives and managers to get a good overview of performance in a single view. Drill down capability allows granular analysis if required.
  • Pipe Map Summary Reports
    Pipe maps provide the user with high level organizational summary flow charts representing data with hierarchical dependencies.
  • Executive level Summary Reports
    Pre-defined executive summary reports containing only necessary information as specified by business groups.
  • Ad-Hoc Reports
    Build your own reports in an Excel type environment. Allows the ability to create and modify reports and charts.
  • Data Mining
    Prove a theory. The SMART Site pivot table views allow the more sophisticated user toolsets to mine data to a highly granular level.
     

Communication Tools:

  • Publish Reports
    Once reports have been created, they can be saved and published to a central area for later access by team members.
  • Email Reports
    Reports can be emailed to team members directly from within the SMART Sites.
  • Export Reports
    Report can be exported or downloaded to team member desktops allowing for offline viewing.
  • Notation
    Notes can be attached to all reports in a threaded interface allowing for team members to provide valuable information for colleagues.
     

Desktop Data

Reports can be saved directly to the users desktop for later offline access. SMART Sites provide functionality allowing for reports to be accessed in an Excel environment and data can be analyzed at the user desktop. Users are able to leverage knowledge of existing tools  (Excel) and refresh data directly within Excel without the need to return to the SMART Sites if preferred.
